Nadu Nedu became Naku Neeku, criticises Ramanaidu
Amaravati: At least Rs 28 Cr corruption took place in Nadu Nedu programme in the Schools in Palacole Assembly segment alone and the amount went into the pockets of the ruling YSRCP leaders, criticised TDP MLA Nimmala Ramanaidu in a press conference on Sunday. He said that the YSRCP leaders turned the Nadu Nedu into Naku – Neeku and there by minting corrupt and ill gotten money. He criticised that the schools became sources of rampant corruption in the State.
Ramanaidu accused that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and his party leaders created havoc in the State within a year. He accused that they hurt the economy, agriculture, industries, education, health and all sectors. Even the poor families of workers and coolies were suffering their worst ever problems due to lack of incomes and opportunities, he added.
Ramanaidu said that poor workers were suffering from serious diseases linked to kidneys, liver and spine for drinking poor quality Jagan brands being supplied by the ruling party mafia in the name of Government liquor shops.
A cheap liquor brand worth Rs 150 previously was now being sold at Rs 300. Poor women were complaining how their husbands, sons and brothers were getting sick and hospitalised after drinking this liquor. He said that Jagan's liquor policy created such a situation where a poor man was no longer taking any money back home to his wives or mothers because he had to spend it all on the costliest liquor available now.
