Ongole: SP Kaushal to receive Gfiles Governance Award

Ongole: Prakasam district Superintendent of Police Siddharth Kaushal became the first civil servant in Andhra Pradesh to receive the prestigious Gfiles Governance Award for tis seventh edition. The IPS officer, who already bagged numerous awards for his diligence and sincerity in service, the Gfiles Governance Award is going to be the royal diamond in the crown.

The Gfiles Award is an annual award presented to civil servants at the national level in India for their extraordinary achievements in governance. This award is constituted by G Files magazine, a national magazine on bureaucracy and governance.

The members of the jury who selected him include former Union cabinet secretary Prabhat Kumar, former Power Secretary Anil Razdan, former Secretary, internal Security, Home Ministry M B Kaushal and former Chief Secretary of Haryana Vishnu Bhagwan.

The officers of Prakasam District Police expressed their immense pleasure and felt that Siddharth Kaushal richly deserves the award. Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways of India Nitin Gadkari and Chief Minister of Haryana State Manohar Lal Khattar will hand over the Gfiles Award to the Prakasam district SP Siddharth Kaushal.
