PBS students excel in competitions in Vijayawada

Vijayawada: The computer science department students of PB Siddhartha College of Arts and Science showed their caliber and won the overall championship at the Inter-state technical and cultural competition for UG and PG students, said College principal Dr M Ramesh here on Thursday. The programme was organised by AG and SG College, Vuyyuru.

The college degree and post-graduate computer science students won first and second prizes in technical paper submission, first and second prizes in coding and decoding competitions, second prize in technical quizzes, first and second prizes in selfie competition, second prize in movie quiz, second prize in group dance competition, said Dean Prof Rajesh C Jampala.

Dr Ravikiran, Head of the Computer Science Department and Kavuri Sridhar said that the students of the department were participating in various competitions and winning prizes. Computer Science and Data Science faculty G Krishnapriya, R Vijaya and the students were congratulated on the occasion.
