Police keen to resolve Spandana issues: SP
Rajamahendravaram: Urban district superintendent of police Dr Shemushi Bajpayee has said that Spandana programme is getting good response every week in all police stations in the purview of urban police district. The programme is conducted every Monday in all police stations from 10 am to 12:30 pm and the respective officials are addressing many cases there itself.
Speaking to The Hans India here on Tuesday, she said in Spandana programme held on July 1, all the 38 petitions were settled. On July 8, as many as 32 petitions were received and of them FIRs were registered with regard to 13 petitions, 13 petitions addressed and 6 petitions were kept for enquiry.
At July 15, as many as 19 petitions were received in Spandana programme. Out of them FIRs were registered against two petitions, four were settled and 13 petitions were ordered for enquiry. All the station house officers were directed to conduct Spandana programme on every Monday without fail as Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy is very much particular in this regard.
