Rajamahendravaram: TDP well wisher of Backward Classes says Appa Rao

Rajamahendravaram: TDP leader Adireddy Appa Rao has said that the party was ready to implead in Apex Court, if YSRCP government challenges High Court judgment relating to BC reservations.

Speaking to the media at the Press Club here on Wednesday, he said the true face of YSRCP government would be exposed now in the issue pertaining to the reservation of the Backward Classes. BCs are backbone of TDP from its inception and during TDP regime, many welfare schemes were implemented for them.

The TDP is the well wisher of Backward Classes and urged the BC community to know about the facts pertaining to their reservations, he said and added that former Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu earlier gave reservations to the Backward Classes.

The YSRCP government was misguiding all sections of the people with false promises and also blaming the TDP and its national president Nara Chandrababu Naidu to get political mileage, he alleged.

TDP leaders DP Sundari, K Suresh and others were present on the occasion.
