RDX movie shoot begins

Vijayawada: Noted producer C Kalyan sounded the first clap of the movie 'RDX' at the KL University here on Sunday. The movie is produced under the banner CK Entertainment private limited presented by 'Happy Movies'.

Speaking on the occasion, Kalyan said that the state government was encouraging the movie industry, particularly to the small budget movies and RDX was the first movie which would be shot completely in the State.He said that the movie was a message oriented one and hoped it would run successfully for 100 days.

Film Development Corporation Chairman Ambika Krishna recalled that Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu had issued a special GO to encourage film industry in the State. He said that the State government was encouraging small movies with a budget of Rs 10 lakh to Rs 4 crore for a good movie. Soon after the announcement by the State government in this regard, about 25 movies were registered, said Krishna.

Movie director Shankar Bhanu said that the movie is a youth entertainer with lover in a new angle. Hero of the movie Tejas said that RDX is his second movie and this movie would get him good name and fame.Female lead Payal Rajput said that this movie is her second and the first movie was RX 100.
