Former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar writes yet another letter to Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy finding faults on the YSRCP government headed by chief minister Jagan Mohan Reddy over the land acquisition of the lands belonging to the Telugu University for the construction of houses for poor. It is inappropriate for a collector to issue orders over the allocation of lands to the government.

"As per Schedule 10, it is the joint property of the two Telugu states Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, " he asserted. In the letter, Undavalli asserted that the collector had issued directions against the AP bifurcation act 2014. He urged the chief minister to stop these orders.

Telugu University Campus was set up in 1985 by the then CM NTR in 45-acre area at Rajahmundry rural village. The campus was opened in 1993. In the previous letter, Undavalli Arun Kumar urged the government to set up the High Court bench at Rajahmundry, stating it as the dream of late chief minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy.
