Utilise libraries to update knowledge: SP to students

Salur (Vizianagaram): Superintendent of Police B Rajakumari advised the youth to have a strong commitment and work hard to reach the higher positions by making concerted efforts.

"If we have a higher goal, we should give up all the time killing habits and start working towards achieving the goal," she said. She inaugurated a library at Salur town on Sunday, which would be managed and supported by the police department to help the job aspirants.

All the newspapers and magazines, academic books would be made available here. She called upon the students to utilise their valuable time in library to gain knowledge and to crack the competitive exams.

Even constitutional architect Dr B R Ambedkar also emerged as national level leader just by availing the libraries, she pointed out. OSD J Rammohan Rao said the department will conduct self-employment training classes for poor women and help them to stand on their legs.
