Vijayawada: Dr Ramesh gets Lifetime Achievement Award

Vijayawada: Ramesh Hospitals Managing Director and cardiologist P Ramesh Babu received 'Lifetime Achievement Award' from Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan at a programme held at Srikakulam on Thursday.

The award was presented at Andhra Pradesh Science Congress programme jointly organised by Dr BR Amberkar University, Srikakulam and Andhra Pradesh Academy of Sciences. A power point presentation was given to the delegates who were present on the occasion on the latest advancement and equipment available to perform heart surgeries on the occasion.

About 20,000 heart surgeries were performed at the Ramesh Hospital and recently entered into the 'Guinness Book of World Records' for bringing a large number of heart surgery patients on one platform.
