World bank to fund for health scheme in AP

Amaravati: The World Bank continues to support the state of Andhra Pradesh with over $1 billion program that covers the health, agriculture, energy and disaster management sectors, it maintained in a statement on its official website on Sunday. This includes a new $328 million support to the state's health sector signed with the Government of Andhra Pradesh on June 27, 2019. At the same time, it indicates that it dropped the proposal for financing to Amaravati Sustainable development plan, as the government of India withdrew the project
