YSRCP leader Potluri Vara Prasad gets bail in threatening a neighbour case

YSRCP leader Potluri Vara Prasad (PVP) has been granted advance bail from High Court in the case of trespassing on the villa owner. Last week a man named Kailash lodged a complaint at the Banjara Hills police station alleging PVP of blocking him from the construction of roof garden. The police have registered a case against PVP. PVP who went to the police station for the first day's investigation has absconded for the next day's trial.

In this backdrop, the police went to the PVP's residence for an inquiry into case however, the has let the loose dogs onto Hyderabad police. The police came to the spot. A case has been registered against PVP under IPC 353 after a complaint was lodged by SI Harish Reddy police station that they would kill dogs if they went to trial.

While the case was going on, PVP appeared in Vijayawada and participated in the inauguration of 108 and 104 vehicles near Benz Circle along with the chief minister.
