Budget Sessions 2020 Live Updates: FM Nirmala Sitharaman tables Economic Survey 2020 in Parliament
The Budget session 2020 has begun with President Ram Nath Kovind's speech on Friday. The President who arrived in parliament earlier was greeted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and vice president Venkaiah Naidu at Lok Sabha Premises. The President addressed the members of the house in the Central Hall of Parliament at 11 am. The first citizen of India spoke on a host of issues. He lauded CAA introduced by the government of India and urged the people to unite to take the country forward. The budget will be presented on Saturday by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitaraman.
