Indian Bank Narayanaguda branch moves to new premises
Hyderabad: Dr S K Joshi, IAS, Chief Secretary, Telangana Government inaugurated Indian Bank Narayanaguda Branch New Premises on May 17, 2019.
Speaking on the occasion, Joshi said that he is a proud client of Indian Bank with more than two decades relationship and had always found the service quality to be excellent.
MD & CEO Chunduru, while thanking chief secretary and other dignitaries said that Indian Bank with its cherished past continues to grow with the support from the loyal customer base.
She also said that Indian Bank has not had any need for capital infusion from Government of India in recent past and is confident to grow on its own by extending quality customer service.
In Telangana State, Indian Bank is having a network of 121 branches with overall business of Rs 17000 crore as on March 31, 2019.
"Indian Bank has been a proud partner in the inclusive development of Telangana State by supporting infrastructure projects and also the communities that we serve." said the zonal manager, Manohar.
Indian Bank reported a Global Business of Rs 4.30 Lakh crore for the FY-2019 with 16 per cent growth over 2017-18.
Its advance portfolio grew to Rs 1.88 crore with 15 per cent growth led by 18 per cent growth in RAM Sector.
The healthy growth in the loan book was supplemented by improved Asset Quality which was underlined by reduction in Gross NPA at 7.11 per cent from 7.37 per cent and Net NPA at 3.75 per cent from 3.81 per cent for FY-2019 over previous year.
