'Hippie' shooting over, to hit screens on June 7

The shooting of the film 'Hippie' with the 'RX 100' actor Karthikeya and Digangana Surya Vamshi as the lead pair has been completed.

Produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu under the banner of V Creations and directed by T N Krishna, works relating to the post-production stage of the film are under progress.

Speaking to the media in Hyderabad on Wednesday, Karthikeya said that the shooting of the film went on splendidly and the makers were making all the necessary arrangements to release 'Hippie' worldwide on June 7.

He said that all the members of the film unit were very happy and satisfied.

Karthikeya said that director Krishna has blended the commercial ingredients in the film perfectly. Similarly, S Thanu never compromised on the quality of the big-budget film at any stage, he added.

He said that he was extremely happy to work with the seasoned actor J D Chakravarthi, who plays a key role in the film.

Karthikeya thanked the producer and director for giving him an opportunity to work in this full length family-oriented entertainer.

He said that the background score given by Nivas K Prasanna was melodious and R D Rajasekhar has cranked the camera beautifully.

Photography was a big asset to this film, he added.

J D Chakravarthi said that he was extremely delighted to be part of the film. Karthikeya is a fantastic actor and was good in romantic scenes, stunts, he added.

T S Krishna said that the film was simple and beautiful.

Producer Kalaipuli s Thanu expressed the hope that the film would be liked by all the sections of the audience.
