Focus on developing skills

Hyderabad: Hyderabad Management Association (HMA) Student Chapter of GITAM Hyderabad Business School organised a guest lecture by Mustak Husen an expert speaker from HMA as a part of Student Development Programme at GITAM, Hyderabad Campus, on Monday.

It was an interesting and interactive session where Husen advised that young MBA graduates need to tune their minds to make their journey from campus to corporate successful. He said that students should focus on developing skills as part of their desired learning focus in order to survive in the competitive industry.

He explained the process of goal setting to shape their career and enhance their employability skills. He further guided the students about five clusters of global skills which an MBA grad need to acquire to work in the Global corporates. The event was coordinated by Dr K. Sreekanth, Assistant Professor, Convenor, HMA Student Chapter affairs under the guidance of Prof. A.Sreeram, Director, GITAM Hyderabad Business School.
