Out of 14 assembly constituencies in the erstwhile Chittoor district, TDP is leading in 12 while Jana Sena party is ahead in one seat. YSRCP is having edge only in Punganur.

This is completely reverse situation compared to 2019 elections during which YSRCP won 13 seats whereas TDP could bag only one seat Kuppam.

Kavya ahead in Kavali

Nellore: in the three rounds of counting Kavali assembly segment TDP nominee Daggumati Venkata Krishna Reddy popularly known as Kavya Krishna Reddy ahead of 6,515 votes against his YSRCP political rival Ramireddy Prathapkumar Reddy in Kavali assembly segment.

Kavya Krishna Reddy secured 20, 286 Ramireddy Prathapkumar Reddy got 13,771 in the 6th round.

After four rounds TDP candidate Shajahan Basha is leading by 37 votes in Madanapalle.
