International Women's Day 2022: “In order to come closer to bridging the gender gap in the technology space, it is important that we create equal opportunities for everyone to share experiences and learn from each other. We must build a culture of safety and encourage teams to ask for the support they need to grow professionally and to voice concerns. Diverse teams and opinions are more likely to bring in fresh perspectives and innovative solutions, which will help the organization grow.”

International Women's Day 2022: The pandemic aggravated dual pressures of professional and domestic expectations has had undeniable effects on women professionals. More so in the tech industry, where women have always fought a harder uphill battle.

We are deep diving into processes, programs and decision points where biases are embedded and looking to create awareness and check points to address those systematically starting with hiring, performance management, succession planning. At Yellow.ai, with 40% diversity at the leadership level, we strive to create a more inclusive environment for women, providing them a space to break biases and unleash their leadership potential.

International Women's Day 2022: We are progressing at the speed of light, both technologically and innovatively. However, we need equal representation for women in boardrooms, government sectors, and industries – this will allow us to make decisions from a wider perspective and move away from problems that arise with the male-dominated field of study. It's important to balance progress with future sustainability if we want choices and innovation to be available to future generations as women will not only create a future as new generations come into play but also develop healthy ideas that could lead society towards a more sustainable state.

International Women's Day 2022: Gender equality not only affects the lives of individual men and women but also contributes to the economic and social development of the whole society. Equal opportunity in education and employment to women enables the entire community and increases productivity and well-being. Gender equality is the cornerstone of a more sustainable tomorrow. We at Wright Research are focused on contributing towards an equal tomorrow by promoting equality in our employment patterns and enabling the next generation of women by educating them and providing them with better tools for their financial management.

International Women's Day 2022: “Women have contributed to society in many ways. Standing tall as powerful leaders and change makers. Today, we need to celebrate women’s achievements and fight against inequality by creating awareness against biasness. Sustainable development totally depends upon ending discrimination and providing equal opportunities to women across sectors. Without gender equality as a priority, a sustainable and equal future remains beyond our reach.”

At Navia Life Care, we believe in celebrating women from all walks of life, every day. Even our company’s programs and policies are devised in order to promote and nurture an equal opportunity environment. International Women's Day 2022: Gender equality is no longer a debate, it is a fundamental right that needs to be available to all. We are not fighting for Women’s equality but their rightful place in the corporate structure. No society can develop or prosper if 50% of their population are disadvantaged. 1 out of 5 women face violence of some sort and yet almost 49 countries have no rules protecting them. Today we have a chance of raising a new generation that respects each other and creates the balance needed to sustain us in the future. It’s when we stop seeing employees as men and women, that we will know we have arrived.

International Women's Day 2022: Women’s safety alone doesn’t mean empowerment. Financial prosperity is key. Gender equality is necessary, but we absolutely need economic systems that aid women. I believe that we must invest in our talent today to provide them with the right resources, tools and community. Building confidence, capabilities and careers for long term futures is one step towards an equitable tomorrow. We should aim as a society to have more women in senior leadership positions - to encourage more young girls to ask "why" - to empower gendered norms to be a thing of the past. I genuinely believe that the more females we can support to go higher - try harder - will help inclusion, equity and even the economy.

International Women's Day 2022: “Representation can open us up to new possibilities, new opportunities, and new ideas. It’s the diversity in ideas and inclusivity of voices that has the power to make the shift towards a sustainable future. When we have voices from diverse thought processes and experiences, we are bound to come up with answers to burning questions that go beyond addressing the issues on the ground level but reaches the root cause!”

International Women's Day 2022: "I’ve advocated for women for as long as I can remember, and the battle is far from over. Gender inequality has been festering in our minds, and in our homes, too. Society has taught young girls and boys their “rightful place” in the world. There’s been a narrow path set for women and they’re made to walk on it because of what’s expected of them. It starts with parents, but they’re the first ones responsible to put an end to this. So let’s start with our homes today, so we can have a better tomorrow."
