37-yr-old gets 6-month RI under NDPS Act

Malkajgiri: The Metropolitan Magistrate court at Malkajgiri convicted the accused Mohammed Mukram (37), a resident of Moulali, to undergo 6 months Rigorous Imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 1,000.

The accused is detained under PD Act registered at Malkajgiri police station. He was arrested under section 8 (C) R/W 20 (b) of NDPS Act 1985 and during the trial on Wednesday he was convicted. Another accused in the jail K Shiva admitted in Jail Adalath.
