BJP leaders held after taking out bike rally

Ambarpet: Several BJP leaders of Ambarpet division on Thursday took out a bike rally as part of the State-wide bandh called by the party to protest against the Intermediate marks fiasco. The party activists forced closure of several shops. The agitating leaders were arrested by the local police after they reached New Vinayaknagar Crossroads.

Among the leaders who took part in the rally were N Gowtham Rao, N Sambasiva Goud, C Jagan, P Govardhan Reddy, C Krishna Goud, A Ramesh, A Vijayakumar, J Balraju, K Chandrasekhar, N Dathu, M Srinivas, S Rajender, K Mahender Goud, Akhilesh Goud. The leaders demanded justice by the State government to the Intermediate students.
