Corporator Shanti vows to secure funds for welfare bhavan

Nacharam: Local Corporator Shanti said here on Wednesday that she had been concentrating on completion of development works which had been pending for years in the division.

She was speaking at a review meeting in Bhavaninagar attended by residents and after inspecting the stalled construction of 'Samajika Bhavan' for which Rs 5 lakh had been sanctioned eight years back.

Shanti stated that she would take an initiative in securing Rs 10 lakh for the building and get the work completed. She complimented local residents for striving for completion of the bhavan.

Among those present during the inspection were TRS leader Shekhar, AE Abhishek, Works Inspector Vijaykumar, colony association president Madusudhan Reddy, Sambasiva Rao, Devulapalli Yadagiri, Ashok, Ram Reddy, Narsing Rao, Krishna Reddy, Bal Reddy, Katta Buchanna Goud and Ramesh.
