Corporator V Srinivas Reddy addresses contamination at Risala Basti

Ramnagar: Local corporator V Srinivas Reddy, accompanied by officials of Water Board, toured Risala Basti, following complaints from locals on water contamination in the area on Monday.

After his interaction with locals on the issue, he instructed officials to initiate necessary measures to address water contamination issue after making a thorough enquiry on the cause of contamination. He also urged GHMC officials to ensure that all the civic issues of the colony are addressed at the earliest and see that cleanliness is maintained in the colony.

Among those who accompanied the corporator during his visit include HMWSSB manager Aqeem, mandal officer Venkatesh, TRS leaders Sirigiri Shyam, Satyanarayana, Sandeep and others.
