Former MLA's kin rams car into tree, hurt

Hyderabad: Alampur former MLA SA Sampath Kumar's daughter Deepika on Friday escaped with minor injuries when her speeding car hit a tree after crossing the divider.

According to Moinabad Police, the incident occurred when she tried to escape a bike and rammed into the right side of the divider and hit a tree with high speed.

The incident took place after crossing the Azizpur village in Moinabad mandal. According to reports, she was on her way to college from Manikonda. She was rushed to a private hospital by the locals for treatment. However, Deepika and her family members are yet to react on this incident.
