Manjeera pipeline works to commence soon

Serilingampally: Local corporator Ragam Nagender Yadav on Wednesday undertook a 'padayatra' in Papireddy Colony, along with residents and officials, to know the area problems. He interacted with residents who informed that they were facing severe inconvenience because of lack of Manjeera water supply. They listed other issues like absence of underground drainage and streetlights and poles which lead to visibility problems.

Yadav assured the residents that the Manjeera water pipeline work would be shortly launched, followed by installation of streetlight poles. He asserted that he would be ready to find immediate solution if any problem is brought to his notice.

Among the officials who accompanied him during the yatra were HMWSSB Manager Venkat Reddy, AE Sunil Kumar, colony association president Baddam Kondal Reddy, Ward Member Podugu Rambabu, TRS leader Venugopal Reddy, Sandayyanagar Colony Association president Basavaraju, colony residents Vijay and Danayya.
