MLA Kausar Mohiuddin, Zone Commissioner conduct tour, take stock of issues

Karwan: Early on Wednesday, Karwan MLA Kausar Mohiuddin along with GHMC Central Zone Commissioner Musharraf Faruqui inspected the ongoing works in areas under the Karwan Constituency.

During their visit, they started on foot from Karwan and visited Bada Banda, Hara Darwaza, Tappachabutra, Yousuf Nagar via Faiz Chaman, Mahboob Colony, Tallagadda and surrounding areas. Later, they also visited Hakeempet and Nizam Colony in Tolichowki.

They inspected the roads which were damaged due to recent rains, damaged manholes, sanitation issues, silting of nalas, and enquired about the problem of streetlights and possibility of new electric poles etc.

They decided that for the weaker sections a proposal should be made to the government to construct double bedrooms flats at Mahboob Colony and Joshiwadi. The Old Weaker Section Quarters are 45-years old and in very body conditions.

Later, they visited and inspected the ongoing works of Balkapur nala at Nizam Colony in Tolichowki Main road. Rajendra Yadav (Karwan division Corporator), Mohammed Naseer (Nanal Nagar division Corporator) and other officials were also present.
