Mountaineer gets grand welcome in Yacharam

Yacharam: Indian young mountaineer Amgoth Tukaram from Telangana State was received with a grand welcome by the people of Yacharam Mandal of Rangareddy District on Friday.

After successfully scaling Mt Everest and Mt Elbrus in Russia, the mountaineer visited to his village, Thakkallapally Thanda, for the first time. Sukanya Basha, MPP, Yacharam (M) said all the children should take inspiration from the mountaineer, Amgoth Tukaram. She also spoke about the success of the mountaineer.

Nearly 1,500 children from Govt Zilla Parishad High School of Yacharam Mandal participated in welcoming Tukaram.

Amgoth Tukaram scaled Norbu (17,145 ft.) on Telangana Formation Day in June of 2016. Again, next year on the formation day, he scaled Mt Rudugaria (19,091 ft.). In July 2017, he scaled Stok Kangri(20,187 ft.). In 2018, he scaled Mount Kilimanjaro. On May 22, 2019, he scaled Mount Everest. On July 27, he scaled Mount Elbrus, Russia.
