TDP leader Machineni joins saffron party

Balajinagar: A prominent industrialist and senior TDP leader Machineni Narsimha Rao on Thursday joined the BJP, along with Veddepalli Ranga Rao, Satyanarayana and Saibaba, in the presence of party leader Madhavaram Kantha Rao. Rao welcomed them by offering BJP 'kanduva.' Balajinagar senior BJP leader Chalapathi Rao oversaw the newcomers into the party.

Speaking on the occasion, Kantha Rao asserted that the BJP was emerging as a force to reckon with. He lauded the governance being provided by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and appreciated the fast-changing political equations conducive to the growth of the party in the state. He expressed confidence in BJP emerging stronger in the days to come in Telangana, with more people lining up to join the party.

Division BJP president Vinod Goud, leaders Anil Kumar, Somashekhar Reddy, Santosh, Muralikrishna and Arjun were present on the occasion.
