Telangana Vidhyarthi Samithi demands white paper on Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan

Osmania University: Telangana Vidhyarthi Samithi (TVS) state president Kota Srinivas demanded release of white paper on Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan (RUSA). Speaking to media near Arts College, he said Rs 100 crore has been sanctioned under RUSA to Osmania University.
"Officials are misusing the funds which are meant to be used for social research. Naveen Mittal has become a hurdle for release of RUSA funds," he added demanding 20 fellowships to each of eight centers.
He threatened to stage protest in case their demands were not met. Sameer, P Satish, Chintoju Srikanth, M Ravi, Shiva Kumar, Salman, Ganesh and others were present.
