Secunderabad: Union Minister of State for Home Affairs G Kishan Reddy contended here on Sunday that terror activities won't pay. He called for a society giving up the path of bloodshed. "Taking the path of non-violence offers solutions to problems. This is the most ideal."

Reddy was speaking as the chief guest at the inauguration of the four-day photo exhibition 'Mana Mahatmudu', on Gandhi's life, organised by the Regional Outreach, near platform no 1 in Secunderabad Railway Station to mark the 150th Jayanthi of the Mahatma.

He lauded the photographs on Gandhiji, right from his childhood, on display. He said Gandhiji's life should be an inspiration for the people of the country, particularly youth. "Those showing Gandhiji's participation in the ending stages of the freedom struggle are interesting," he observed. The minister advised people to visit the exhibition and follow the path shown by Gandhiji.
