Women scientists 3-day meet begins at at National Institute of Nutrition

Tarnaka: A 3-day national conference with the theme of 'Women Led Science, Technology and Innovation' commenced at National Institute of Nutrition (NIN) on Wednesday.

R Hemalatha, the NIN Director, said, "We want great innovations, inventions and discoveries in India. We need to improve the health and nutrition status of women." The first day conference also included a panel discussion on 'Role of women in science and technology for national development.'
