New executive body for BAI Amaravati centre
Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Town and Country Planning director V Ramudu said that the rules and regulations would be simplified in construction for the convenience of the builders and contractors.
Ramudu participated as the chief guest at the executive body meeting and the oath taking ceremony of Builders Association of India (BAI) Amaravati centre here on Tuesday. Speaking on the occasion, he said that new rules would be brought into force pertaining to TDR bonds for road widening process.
Andhra Pradesh Property Regulation Council director Ch V Sambasiva Rao said that builders and contractors should follow the rules of RERA during construction. He congratulated the new BAI general body and said to contact them for any queries regarding RERA.
Later, the new chairman and the executive body took oath in the presence of BAI Amaravati centre chief advisor A Nageswara Rao. The newly elected executive body members were greeted by Ramudu, Sambasiva Rao, SBI home loans AGM T Vasanthalakshmi, Endowment department advisor Ch Ramakotaiah and BAI state chairman Vallabhaneni Venkateswara Rao.
