Update: 2020-02-08 13:05 IST

AAP MP Sanjay Singh remarked that even Lord Ram could not save the BJP. Condemning the BJP Delhi unit's president, Manoj Tiwari's comment wondering whether AAP chief had defiled the Hanuman temple by visiting it. Sanjay Singh told the media that the BJP leader still seemed to be stuck in a time warp in an age when Dalits were not allowed to enter temples. Tiwari alleged that Kejriwal took his shoes off and carried a garland with the same hand and added that he had asked the temple priest to wash the idol of Lord Hanuman several times. The BJP leader sarcastically commented that this is what happens when fake devotees pray at temples. Sanjay Singh reacted sharply to this comment made by the BJP leader:

Manoj Tiwari also said that his sixth sense told him that BJP will form the government in Delhi:

Earlier, AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal appealed to women to come out and vote in large numbers. He added in his tweet that the women should discuss their choice with men of the household and vote:

Reacting to his tweet Union Minister Smriti Irani asked the AAP supremo pointedly—"Don't you think women are competent enough to make their own decision on the candidate to vote for?"
