Eluru Govt Hospital extends care on par with corporate hospitals
Eluru: Godavari Districts Teachers’ Constituency MLC and Government Hospital Development Committee chairman, Ramu Surya Rao (RSR Master) on Sunday said that the Eluru Government Hospital was developed enough to extend medical treatment on par with the corporate hospitals over the last three years.
He along with hospital Superintendent Dr AVR Mohan visited the wards in the hospital and consoled the patients in the hospital. He enquired about the medical facilities extended to the patients in the hospital.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that Rs 5 crore were spent to establish the Mother and Child Care Centre in the hospital with all facilities. “Through this centre, the hospital officials are extending better medical facilities besides giving nutritious food free of cost.”
Later, they consoled the accident victims who injured in a road accident at Somavarappadu village in Denduluru mandal in the morning.
