Road-widening works begin

Rajamahendravaram: The Rajamahendravaram Municipal Corporation (RMC) is widening the city roads as per the master plan. As part of it, the corporation commenced works to widen the road up to 40 feet opposite GAIL office here on Thursday. The corporation laid 300-metre-long road.

Corporation Additional Commissioner NVV Satyanarayana said that the engineering officials were directed to complete the work as per schedule with quality. It was decided to widen all the roads in the city as per master plan. City planner V Ram Kumar and engineering officials were present.
