Class X exams begin

Rajamahendravaram: As many as 16,170 students attended tenth class public examination as against 16,212 applicants, on the first day in Rajamahendravaram division. According to Deputy Educational Officer Vishnu Murthi, students wrote Telugu paper-1 examination on the first day. The examination was conducted in 16 mandals of Rajamahendravaram division.

In Rampachodavaram, two private students attended for the examination out of three candidates appeared. Drinking water, lighting, first aid etc were provided in all examination centres. All the Xerox centres were closed near to the examination centre as per the directions of the government, he added.
