KCT distributes spectacles to the poor

Rajamahendravaram: Kesavabhatla Charitable Trust (KCT) has distributed eye glasses to 450 persons, who were examined at its medical camp held on Sunday in Dowleswaram. So far, the KCT distributed about 32,000 eye glasses. Later, former deputy mayor BSN Prasad said that KCT was doing yeomen service to the people and assured to extend his cooperation in this regard. He asked KCT management to continue the service in future also.

YSRCP leader N Rajababu asked KCT chairman Kesavabhatla Srinivasa Rao to adopt Dowleswaram which was his native place. Srinivasa Rao is serving the needy by doing job in railway department.

Srinivasa Rao, in his speech, said eye was the most important organ and everyone should take care of eyes.  KCT was putting in its efforts to help the people who were suffering with eye ailments. Doctors underlined the need of eye surgeries to 50 persons and KCT would take up the job, he added. The KCT members, NJ Chandran, CV Ramana, railway TTEs Chandramowli, Rama Krishna, KR Kumar, M Appaji and many others were present.
