SP inaugurates police sports meet

Guntur: Rural SP Ch Venkata Appala Naidu inaugurated sports meet for police working in the Guntur rural police district at the Police Parade Grounds here on Thursday.Speaking on this occasion, he said that sports would bring out innate talent in the police personnel and added that those who had talent would be encouraged.

He said that the police department was conducting an annual sports meet to encourage them. He explained the steps taken by the government for the welfare of police personnel.
Later, he inaugurated the sports meet.
