Dr Sridhar Reddy is District Chairman of Red Cross 

Vijayawada: Noted dentist and President awardee Dr A Sridhar Reddy was unanimously elected Chairman of Krishna district unit of Indian Red Cross Society (IRCS) at the sub-collector’s office here on Friday. The tenure would be for three years.

Earlier, a meeting was held at the sub-collector’s office presided over district revenue officer BR Ambedkar. Speaking on the occasion, the DRO said that the organisation was known for its service-oriented programmes.

Later, fifteen members were elected unanimously for the IRCS of Krishna district for various posts of the organisation.  Dr I Ravi was elected the treasurer and Dr AB Koteswara Rao as vice-chairman.
