Clear pending grievances by Feb 1

Vijayawada: District Collector B Lakshmikantham directed the officials to clear pending grievance applications received from the public by February 1. Participating in the tele-conference with the officials here on Thursday, he said the government has taken a decision to impose penalty on pending applications.

The government has divided applications into four categories, he said and added that the details should be uploaded online immediately. He said that the district is in the first place in implementing various government schemes. The officials should clear pending issues of public by maintaining the same track record, he asked.
