Police hold medical camp for tribals

Visakhapatnam: Police conducted a medical camp at Maddigaruvu area here on Thursday. Over 600 tribal villagers from Vakapalli, Racavidhi, Pulusumamidi, Nadim  Guda, Amidelu, Citrakayaputta, Lingeti, Mittaputtu, Kindalam, Nurmati, Goddu chinta, Gondi Gunta villages and some tribal villagers  of Odisha attended the camp.

Doctors examined over 410 tribals  and distributed medicines. Addressing the tribals, Additional Superintendent of Police (Operations)  Siddharth Kushal said that tribal youth should develop their skills by availing the various government schemes provided by the government.

Later, police had a meal with the tribals. Volleyball kits have been distributed to the tribal youth. IPS Amit Bardar, ASP of Paderu, A Venkat Rao, Inspector of SB, V Vijay Kumar, Inspector of Madugula, K Srinivas, Sub-Inspector of  G Madugula and other officials  participated.
