Aruna Parayanam held in temple

Tirupati: Taking the clarion call given by the Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to observe Surya Aradhana in all educational institutions and prominent religious places, the temple management of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams(TTD) conducted  Aruna Parayanam on Sunday in Tirumala temple. 

Under the instructions of Tirumala JEO KS Sreenivasa Raju and in the supervision of temple OSD P Seshadri, Peishkar Ramesh and Parupattedar Sasidhar, Vedaparayanamdars Srinivasan and Gaurisankar conducted the episode of "Aruna Parayanam" from Taittireya Samhita of Krishna Yajurvedam in Vimana Prakaram between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. After performing Surya Namaskaram to Lord Surya, Aruna Parayanam followed Surya Prarthana and Surya Namavali in the presence of Ananda Nilaya Vimana Venkateswara Swamy. 

Meanwhile, the Vedic students of Dharmagiri Veda Vignana Peetham rendered Aditya Hrudayam and later performed Surya Prabha Vahana seva with replica of Panchayudhamurthy of Lord on Suryaprabha Vahanam pulled by Sapthaswas.
