Cancer awareness programme held

Guntur:  In connection with World Cancer Day on February 4, a cancer awareness programme was conducted and screening tests to identify cancer patients were held at the Sibar Dental College here on Saturday in association with the Indian Medical Association. Highlight of the programme was sharing happiness of patients, who got rid of oral cancer, inviting them to the event. 

A huge poster titled Wall of Warriors was released on the occasion. College dean Dr L Krishna Prasad, director Dr T Krishna Mohan, chief coordinator Dr L Subba Rao, vice-principal Dr BV Ramana Reddy, doctors M Prakash and Ravi Kiran and others took part in the programme.
