BJP MLC hits out at TDP leaders

Visakhapatnam: BJP leader and MLC PVN Madhav flayed the TDP leaders, including Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, for pointing out at the BJP government about the step motherly treatment meted out in allocating the funds in recent budget.  

Madhav alleged that though the BJP government has been giving top priority in sanctioning more sops to the state, the TDP leaders are criticising the BJP not even looking at the facts. 

Addressing the media here on Thursday, Madhav said that during the past three-a-and-half years, the Centre has taken up several development projects in Andhra Pradesh.  The Centre would complete the Polavaram project by 2019, he added. 

The BJP MLC said that Minister for Railways positively responding and taking the steps to set up the railway zone Visakhapatnam as headquarters.  He reminded that under the smart city project, the Centre developing Visakhapatnam by giving more funds.
