Two girls drown in village pond

Tirupati: Two girls who went for a swimming in the village tank met watery grave in Nacchukuru  in Vedurukuppam mandal on Monday. According to information reaching here, the two girls, S Hemalatha (12) daughter of S Mohan Reddy and C Ojasvini (4), daughter of C Chiranjeevi, went to village pond to try swimming. When they entered deep waters, they drowned. Parents searched pond on noticing their clothes on the bund and found the bodies.
