It's unfair that the BJP stated that Andhra Pradesh government should pay compensation to the oustees of Polavaram project. It's their responsibility to pay the compensation to them.”

The Andhra Pradesh government has allocated lands to the Central institutions, but the Central government had failed to sanction funds to ground them, he pointed out.
