First Class magistrate court inaugurated

Pithapuram:  Hyderabad High Court Judge Justice C Praveen Kumar advocated that the young lawyers should work hard to put their argument in a novel way. 

He was addressing a gathering after inaugurating the Judicial First ClassMagistrate court here on Saturday. Additional Magistrate V Divya conducted the proceedings.Bar Association president PiratlaBhanumurthy presided. Justice Praveen Kumar said that there was no use of inventing shortcuts to resolve legal problems and suggested the lawyers to understand the case details thoroughly. They should present the case before the magistrate and leave the result to the court.

An additional court has been sanctioned as the number of cases piling up under the limits of Pithapuram court. He congratulated the Bar and officials for readying the court at a short notice. He said that a total of 873 cases under the limits of Pithauram rural and Gollaprolu have been transferred to the new court. The Bar association president urged the justice to sanction district court and quarters for Additional District Judge on the premises of the court here.  Principal district sessions judge N Tukaramji spoke.  Later, Praveen Kumar was felicitated with a huge garland and presenting him with a shawl. 

12th additional district judge G Lakshminarasimha Reddy, sub-judge D Ammanna Raja, Pithapuram magistrate K Haribabu, additional magistrate K Divya, second class magistrate RVSN Sesha Rao, Tahsildar B Suguna, CI B Appa Rao and others took part in the event.
