Chandrababu does Modi Act, bows down to Parliament's stairs

New Delhi: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu did the Modi act on Tuesday when he offered prayers at the steps of the Parliament building.

 Terming the parliament building as a temple of democracy, Chandrababu bent and touched the stairs of the parliament with his hands as a mark of respect. As he touched the stairs, the TDP MPs shouted slogans " Jai Telugu Desam," and "Jai Janmabhoomi." 

Earlier, Chandrababu offered floral tribute to the statue of Mahatma Gandhi on the premises of Parliament. Later, he headed straight to the TDP Parliamentary Party office.
