Retain Narukullapadu Donka as drain canal

Guntur: Narasaraopet MP Rayapati Sambasiva Rao requested the district administration to take suitable steps to continue Pedamaddur Donaka in Narukullapadu as drain canal instead of converting it into road.

Following request of the villagers, the MP rushed a letter to the district administration to take steps to retain Donka as drain canal instead of road. 

The villagers, Ramesh  and Gopalaraju Malleswara Rao submitted the letter to Joint Collector Md Imtiaz Ahmed and requested him to take steps to continue Donka as side drain to flush out rain water in the rainy season. 

They said that some unauthorised persons had misrepresented the problems to the district administration. 

They requested the officer to take farmers problems also into consideration.
