Speed up UGD Works, Collector tells Officials

Guntur: District Collector Kona Sasidhar directed the officials to speed up underground drainage works and sewage treatment plant here.

He conducted a review meeting with the officials here on Friday.

Speaking on this occasion, he said that he instructed the officials to prepare plans and complete the works within the stipulated time. 

He warned that he would not tolerate the negligence in executing the works and stressed on quality of works. 

He further said that while executing the underground drainage works, the officials should ensure that there would be no inconvenience to the people.

Roads and Building department superintendent engineer Madhavi Sukanya, officials of public health, GMC were among those participated.
