There is a need for decentralisation in the Andhra Pradesh state which is different in terms of culture, economic and administration-wise, he said. He called upon the Rayalaseema leaders, who are in power to strive for High Court in their region. He suggested them to take up signature campaign, distribute pamphlets and take up public opinion.
