Kathi Mahesh arrested again

Kathi Mahesh, whose controversial comments on Lord Sriram have offended the Hindu community, has been once again arrested by Chittoor police and deported to Bengaluru on Monday.

Kathi Mahesh, who has been externed by Telangana police,informed the police that he was going to his native village of Yalamanda in Chittoor. However, the police said he could be under threat from Hindu organisations in his village and asked him not to go to his village. But, Kathi refused to relent. When he tried to go to the village, the police arrested him and took him to Bengaluru.

Hindu seer Swamy Paripoornananda was also deported to Kakinada in connection with the same case. He too cannot enter Hyderabad city for six months.
